Employee excursion to the IAA – a day full of impressions and team spirit!

On September 8th, 2023, around 50 employees had the pleasure of going on an excursion to the IAA Munich and experience the Open Space area. Equipped with a lot of anticipation and accompanied by bright sunshine, we all drove to Munich by bus.

The IAA not only gave us the opportunity to experience the latest trends and technologies in the automotive industry up close, but also to examine the result of our own work.

A big thank you to everyone who made this eventful day possible.

We are already looking forward to the next adventure!

Trainee Workshop

Trainee Workshop

On their second day of work, our four new trainees had the opportunity to spend an informative day together with their trainers at the “Wissenswerkstatt” in Passau. Here, the trainees got a deeper insight into mechanics, electrics and pneumatics. All participants were able to gain many interesting insights on this day.

We are looking forward to further educational workshops at the “Wissenswerkstatt”.

Großglockner Mountainrun 2023

Tina Fischl runs outstandingly on place 6 overall

At the Großglockner Mountainrun 2023 Tina Fischl showed an outstanding performance and reached the 6th place overall. The 13.37 km long course led through different vegetation levels to the finish on the Kaiser-Franz-Josefs-Höhe. The race was contested by more than 600 participants, including international elite athletes. Tina steadily worked her way forward and learned along the way that she was in 6th place. With her last strength Fischl fought her way up the stony steps to the finish line, where she was then welcomed by the hundreds of cheering spectators, completely exhausted but overjoyed as the 6th placed lady overall and second in her age group.

Tina was satisfied with her finishing time of 1:44:06 hrs. The overall winner was Philaries Kisang from Kenya.

Sensational victory for Tina Fischl at the 25th Mountain Attack in Saalbach-Hinterglemm

Sensational victory for Tina Fischl at the 25th Mountain Attack in Saalbach-Hinterglemm

The “Mountain Attack” in Saalbach is the biggest and toughest touring ski race in Austria. Three different routes took place: the Schattberg Race (1,017 altitude meters), the Tour (2,036 altitude meters, five summits) and the Marathon (3,010 altitude meters, six summits). Around 1,000 athletes from 15 nations took part.

The conditions were challenging, with cold temperatures of -5 degrees in the valley and -15 degrees on the Schattberg. The athletes started in Saalbach and walked about 400 meters in full touring ski gear to the ski slope at the foot of the Schattberg. The Schattberg, with a gradient of up to 70 percent, is notorious and even experienced athletes had difficulties mastering the steep slope. Some athletes even fell and lost their skis.

Tina Fischl, an experienced athlete, wanted to be on the podium again after winning the 2nd place last year. She overtook the leader and fought her way to the top, where she finally finished as the overall winner.

After the race, the athletes celebrated their achievements and were already planning for next year’s Mountain Attack. The whole team thanked the sponsors of the event.

Here are the results of the Mountain Attack team:

Schattberg-Race: Tina Fischl (1st place), Alex Fischl (10th place), Christian Altmann (29th place), Dominik Marold (39th place)

Tour-Distance: Hans Jörg Wagmann (95th place), Georg Kusser (108th place), Daniel Schmidbauer (154th place), Josef Kusser (72nd place 45+)

Marathon distance: Mathias Burgstaller (52nd place), Michael Wagmann (140th place)
